27 May 2025 - Rome, Italy

After four years of dedicated work, collaboration, and progress, we are excited to invite you to the Final Conference of the MINDtheGEPs project. Since 2021, we have worked to increase women’s participation in research and innovation, enhance women's career prospects, improve gender balance in decision-making bodies in research organisations, and integrate gender dimensions into research content. Together, we have taken important steps to increase the quality and societal relevance of knowledge, technologies, and innovations produced.

Now, it is time to reflect on our journey, celebrate our achievements, and most importantly, look ahead. What lessons have we learned? What challenges remain? And how can we ensure that the change we have initiated continues to grow?

Join us for a full day of collaborative discussions, hands-on workshops, and inspiring reflections, as we conclude our project and set the stage for the future of gender equality in research. We look forward to seeing you there!
