The Centre

The Research Centre for Women’s and Gender Studies (CIRSDe) was established in 1991 when a group of female teachers and researchers of the University of Torino decided to set up a centre for research, training, and cultural exchange between scholars who adopt gender differences as a perspective. In addition to the courses offered to University students, CIRSDe provides advice and training for interested public institutions and NGOs.
